After each ski trip, we will collect your equipment to store in our secure facility near Niseko.
We use the most reputable courier to ensure reliable, trackable and on-time delivery to your designated resort.
Pick up and delivery of your equipment is available all year round.
Within the annual ski season, your equipment can be ready anytime. We only require a request two weeks before your trip to any resort or rental home in Japan and we will have your equipment ready before you arrive!
Our service charges are simple - a one-time joining fee and an annual membership charge.
We offer three types of membership to suit different users.
The annual membership fee of US$150 is for either one set of ski or snowboard equipment. Each additional set of equipment stored would be charged a fee of US$150 per year.
Joining Fee US$50
The annual membership fee of US$280 is for two set of skis and/or snowboard equipment. Each additional set of equipment stored would be charged a fee of US$150 per year.

The annual membership fee of US$380 is for 2 sets of adult ski or snowboard equipment, plus up to 3 sets of skis or snowboards of their dependent children. Each additional set of equipment stored would be charged a fee of US$150 per year.

The fee covers storage and transport all year round for one set of equipment for Single, two sets of equipment for Couples or one set per family member for family membership (max. 5 sets).
One set includes one pair of skis, one pair of ski boots, one pair of poles and a helmet.
One set includes one snowboard, binding, one pair of snowboard boots and a helmet.
Drop off and pick up service between our facility and your designated address within Japan is unlimited within a membership year.
Our valet storage service is an annual subscription which automatically renews at the end of each membership year to ensure uninterrupted service and continuous protection of your equipment. We will send an email 45 days before membership expiry to notify you of the next billing date and amount. Upon successful renewal, you will receive an email confirming the new membership period.
To discontinue your membership, notify us at least 30 days prior to your renewal date. If we receive notification after that, your credit card may be charged for the renewal and your membership will stop at the end of the renewed period.
If for any reason it is not possible to charge your card, you will receive an email requesting you to update your credit card.
