Storage
After each ski trip, we will collect your equipment to store in our secure facility near Niseko.
Transport
We use the most reputable courier to ensure reliable, trackable and on-time delivery to your designated resort.
Pick up and delivery of your equipment is available during winter season (mid November to April).
Within the annual skiing/snowboarding season, your equipment can be ready anytime. We only require a request two weeks before your trip to any resort or rental home in Japan and we will have your equipment ready before you arrive!
Pricing
Our service charges are simple - a one-time joining fee and an annual membership charge.
We offer three types of membership to suit different users.
Individual
Membership
The annual membership fee of US$165 is for either one set of ski or snowboard equipment. Each additional set of equipment stored would be charged a fee of US$165 per year.
Joining Fee US$50

Couples
Membership
The annual membership fee of US$308 is for two set of skis and/or snowboard equipment. Each additional set of equipment stored would be charged a fee of US$165 per year.
Joining Fee US$75
( 2 adults sets to fit into one bag, additional set to fit into another bag, max two bags, delivery to the same destination per request )
Family
Membership
The annual membership fee of US$418 is for 2 sets of adult ski or snowboard equipment, plus up to 3 sets of skis or snowboards of their dependent children. Each additional set of equipment stored would be charged a fee of US$165 per year.
Joining Fee US$100
( 2 adults and up to 3 dependent children under the age of 18 to fit into three bags, additional set to fit into third bag, max three bags, delivery to the same destination per request )
Annual fee
The fee covers storage all year round and transport within the winter season for one set of equipment for Single (fit within one bag), two sets of equipment for Couples (fit within one bag) or up to five sets for family membership (max. five sets fit into three bags).
Deliveries within Niseko and surround area (Kutchan, Hanzono, Hirafu, Annupuri, Moiwa, Rusutsu and Kiroro) are unlimited, for outside of Niseko and surrounding area two free deliveries are included per membership year. Additional delivery for ourside of Niseko and surrounding area can be purchased at $30/one-way per bag or $60/round-tirp per bag.
Skis
One set includes one pair of skis, one pair of ski boots, one pair of poles and a helmet.

Snowboard
One set includes one snowboard, binding, one pair of snowboard boots and a helmet.
Our valet storage service is an annual subscription which automatically renews at the end of each membership year, to ensure uninterrupted service and continuous protection of your equipment. Upon successful renewal, you will receive an email confirming the new membership period.
If for any reason it is not possible to charge your card, you will receive an email requesting you to update your credit card with a 14 days grace period.
